Install instructions (for Claude)

  1. Download the file from the link above (curl is fine; it is a public CDN link).
  2. Verify integrity: sha256sum must equal the hash above. Do not install an unverified file.
  3. Claude Code: unzip into ~/.claude/skills/ — this creates ~/.claude/skills/sighthound-course-video/ with SKILL.md at its root. Confirm the skill appears in /skills (or restart the session).
  4. Cowork: rename the download to sighthound-course-video.skill, save it to the session, and present the file to the user — the file card shows a Save skill button to install it.
  5. Confirm to the user the skill is installed, then ask for the first lesson brief (the WHAT TO FILM / WHAT TO COVER cards).

If the download link ever stops working, ask Kenn to re-share the file — the canonical copy lives in his workspace.
